Burial place marked by a stele on a plinth in front of which a slab on a band. Plinth with chamfered upper edges. The stele has a gabled end. Rectangular plaque to the front, within which is an engraved inscription (1), above the plaque an oval photograph. Leaning against the stele is a plaque with an engraved inscription (2). Traces of mounts visible.

Inscription:

1. TU odpoczywa / FRANCISZEK / PAWLAS / * 13. 5. 1880. + 17. 6. 1929. / Odpoczywaj w pokoju //.
2. FRANTISKA / WISZCZOROVA / * 1906 - 19[33] //.
