A rectangular tomb on a foundation, covered by three slabs (the central one slightly convex) with an obelisk on a two-stepped pedestal and a high base with a vertically incised face. The obelisk has a gabled top with a medallion cast in copper alloy in the finial, on which is a relief of the head of Christ in a crown of thorns. Beneath it an oval photograph of a man and an engraved inscription with letters filled in with white paint (1). Cd. of the inscription on the first step of the pedestal (2). On the second step of the pedestal in the upper right-hand corner, on the front, the signature of the stonemason's workshop.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
