Burial site marked by cross on plinth. Cross in the form of tree beams. Plinth in the form of a pile of stones. Convex carved plaque on front with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners, convex carved cross in oval oval field in upper part, engraved inscription below. The gravestone is surrounded by a fence on a concrete band with six cylindrical posts connected by double iron bars, together with the gravestones of Florian Womperski (gravestone no. 15) and Kazimierz-Leon Womperski (gravestone no. 16).
