Burial place marked by a cross on a plinth and three-tier base. Cross stylised as a tree trunk with the figure of Christ at the bifurcation of the arms, under the feet a wreath of leaves. The plinth in the form of a graphically marked pile of stones, in the centre a panel in the form of an unfolded scroll, inscription engraved.

Inscription:

FR[A]N[CI]SZKA / [...] / [...] / [Z]MAR[ŁA] / [...] //.

Time of origin:

early 20th century.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2017-2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
