Burial site originally marked by obelisk on plinth. Obelisk lost, lies next to gravestone. On the obelisk a relief carved cross, below a medallion framed by earlobes, with a relief carved head of Christ, in left profile, wearing a crown of thorns. Long hair, beard visible. Plinth with chamfered semicircular top edges, with a dodge at 2/3 height.

Inscription:

HELENA / WRÓBLEWSKA / * 1886 + 17/2 1912 / Pokój Jej Duszy / Najdroższej córce / rodzice //.
