Tombstone of Jadwiga Sokołowska

Burial site originally marked by a cross on a rock-formed plinth and base. The cross is not preserved. Plaque on plinth at front with chamfered edges with engraved inscription. Base with moulded upper edges. The whole enclosed by a concrete band. At the front on the right side there is a three-step staircase.
