Burial place marked by a statue of St James on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base with two grave slabs added. The statue on its own plinth. The saint wearing a long ruffled robe and hooded cloak. A hat on his back. Visible beard, moustache and short hair. Hands on chest, in the left hand he holds a book. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth slightly tapering upwards, terminating in a simplified beam and covered by a wider hipped panel.

Tu spoczywa / JAKUB FURMANIUK / żył lat 88. / zmarł 18/4. 1930 / Prosi o Anioł Pański //.
