Burial place marked by a statue of St Barbara on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base with an attached gravestone. The figure on its own plinth. The saint is portrayed in a contrapposto, wearing a long gown and a cloak slung over her left shoulder. Her bare feet protrude from beneath the gown. In her hands at breast level she holds a chalice. Hair down to her shoulders, wavy. The first step of the pedestal ends in profile. The second step of the plinth slightly tapering towards the top, finished with a simplified beam and covered with a wider panel. The slab on the front with a slight uplift closed with a gable. An engraved inscription to the front.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
