Burial site marked by a cross on a rock and base, preceded by a band in the form of a coffin lid. Cross in the shape of a tree trunk. On the front of the rock a plaque in the form of an unrolled scroll with two oval recesses for photographs and an engraved inscription.

Ś.† P. / JAN / FABER / ZM. 25 WRZEŚ. 1931 R. / W WIEKU LAT 72. / Boże zbaw Jego Duszę. //.
