Burial place marked by a stele on the base, all seated on a band. The base developed in the form of a rock. On the stele on the front an engraved inscription, above it an engraved palm leaf.

Inscription:

FLORENTINA / SEBEROWA / * 11./10. 1874. ✝ 17./9. 1922 / i jej mąż / JAN / * 27./2.1870 ✝ 10./2.1934 / Jezu bądź drogą naszą. //.
