The burial place marked by a band at the head of which is a stele surmounted by an arch and two faults, supported by an irregular concrete pedestal of small size. On the stele in the upper part a portrait porcelain in the shape of an ellipse, below it an engraved inscription.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
