Tombstone of Jan Trzaska Zakrzewski

Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base. Cross on its own moulded plinth and base, knocked down and broken, lies nearby. Base with chamfered top edges. First step of plinth with moulded top edges. Second step of plinth with side risalits terminating in a triangular shape. Upper corners of the plinth rectangularly recessed. In the front a panel with a profiled frame, repeating the shape of the plinth. An engraved inscription in the panel.
