Tombstone of Jan Welkryśkiv

Burial site marked by cross on two-stepped plinth and three-stepped base. Cross on its own plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief figure of Christ, under the feet crossed tibias. Above a titulus with the inscription INRI. The base is glazed. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. Engraved frames to the front and sides, an engraved inscription to the front. The second step of the plinth gently tapering upwards, finished with a simplified beam and covered with a profiled panel. On the front side, a niche closed with a full arch, in which is a relief of St. John of Nepomuk. The saint is wearing liturgical vestments and a cloak, with a mitre on his head. Visible beard, moustache and shoulder-length hair and shod feet. In the right hand a cross, in the left a book.
