Burial site originally marked by a cross on a three-tier plinth and two-tier base. Cross on its own plinth, perpetuated, lies nearby. Cross arms with chamfered front edges, cross engraved on face. Second step of pedestal with chamfered top edges. First step of plinth with moulded top and chamfered side edges. Second stage of plinth with chamfered upper corners with left pyramidal forms, with moulded upper edges. On all sides stepped panels with rectangular relief. On the front, on the right and left sides, an engraved inscription. The third step of the plinth octagonal, terminating in an octagonal canopy. On each side a convex panel closed with a pointed arch. The whole is enclosed by a cast-iron fence.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
