Burial place marked by a slab, at the head of which is a stele on a plinth. Stele with a two-part composition. The left side narrow and higher, with an engraved cross in front. Right side shallower. On the front an engraved inscription (1). The whole on a common pedestal, on which on the front an engraved inscription (2). The letters of the inscription and the cross painted in gold. The plinth is covered with a panel. To the front a niche, closed by a glass door in a metal frame. Inside, photographs, from left (1), (2), (3).

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
