Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base. Cross with arms terminating in a semicircle with half shafts, passing through a dodger into a vertical slab. The first and second steps of the plinth with chamfered upper edges, on the second step on the front an engraved inscription. Gravestone slab with moulded upper edges, a cross engraved on it.

TU SPOCZYWA / PAWLINA żyła 14 / PAŁECZKA / † 1912 / JÓZEFA KOZYRA / żyła 17. † 25/7 1925 //.
