Burial site originally marked by a cross on a plinth in the form of a rock boulder. A cross stylised as a tree trunk, perished, lies beside the gravestone. On the pedestal at the front a plaque decorated at the corners with engraved imitation mounts, within which is an engraved inscription. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of four cylindrical plinths at the corners, connected by a cast iron bar.

Tu leżą prochy / Ś. P. / Judyty córki Franciszka / GoWoRSKIej / zm. 31 Stycz. 1893 r. lat 70. / Pokój twym Cieniom! / _._ / "Życie jest - to sen / Śmierć - to przebudzenie" //.
