Headstone marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a statue of St Charles Borromeo on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. The statue on its own base. St Charles Borromeo holds a book in his left hand and a cross with a relief of Christ in his right hand. He is dressed in episcopal garb. Shoes visible. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the plinth covered by a wider moulded panel. Engraved inscription to the front.
