Burial place marked by a stele on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. The stele terminates in a gabled base, with an engraved inscription on the front, and an engraved cross above. The second step of the base decorated with vertical fluting. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, on the front an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, on the front an engraved inscription. Plinth and stele of polished stone.

Inscription:

1. ✝ / Tu odpoczywają w Panu / MARJA / z HŁAWICZKÓW / ZIENTKOWA / właść. gruntu / * 10.XI.1858 ✝ 9.XII.1922 / i jej syn / KAROL / urzędnik / * 28.VIII.1900 ✝ 3.II.1926. //.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
