The burial place is marked by a band, at the head of which is a secondary diagonal plaque with an engraved cross and a ritual inscription (1).

2. Ś + p / Karol / Ungurewicz / zm. 28 II 1921 / w wieku lat 21 / Śpij sp[ok]ojnie drogi synu, / do [...] //.

Additional information:

Originally, the burial site was marked by an iron cross. At the intersection of the arms a metal plaque in the form of an unrolled scroll with a painted inscription (2). The metal plaque now lies beside the gravestone.
