Burial site marked by cross on two-stage plinth and three-stage base. Cross on its own plinth. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. To the front an engraved inscription, number 2. The second step of the plinth with a simplified beam, covered with a gabled roof. To the front, engraved inscription number 1.

2. MARYJA / Z FURKANIUKÓW / GARGULIŃSKA / ŻYŁA LAT [..] / 25-IV 1942 / Proszą o Anioł Pański //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
