Burial place marked by a statue of Immaculata on a two-stage plinth and base. Figure on its own octagonal base. Mary standing on a half sphere and a serpent entwined on it. She is dressed in a long robe, fastened with a belt and maforium. One hand is lowered, the other on her breast. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth covered by a moulded hipped roof. On the front an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Tu / spoczywa / KAROLINA / DWOŹANSKA / [-] / [...] + 1904 / prosi o Anioł / Pański //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
