Burial site originally marked by a cross on a rock form pedestal. Cross not preserved. On the plinth at the front a blank space left by a photograph, below it a plaque with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

D. O. M. / ś. p. Katarzyny / MISIEWICZ / 14 listop. 1874 r. / wieku lat 45. / Pamiątka Brata //.

Additional information:

Everything except the first and third lines of the inscription in italics. According to Wacław Wejtka's file, the gravestone was enclosed by a cast-iron fence. The time of creation determined hypothetically based on the form and dates of life.

photograph not preserved, lichens, non-maintained finial
