Burial place marked by a gravestone on a base, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in pyramidal caps, chamfered, on plinth. In the upper part a relief titulus. The second step of the plinth is moulded into a hipped canopy. On the front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners, in which an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWAJĄ ZWŁOKI / Ś.P. KATARZYNY / z TURKUŁŁÓW / TINCOWEJ / * 1818. / + 10/3 1898. / PROSI O MODLITWĘ //.
