Tombstone of Kazimierz Pacynki

A rectangular tomb covered by a slab with a cross on a two-stepped pedestal and a two-stepped base. The cross on a profiled plinth. Second step of base with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. On the front a panel with quarter-circle cut corners. In it, a relief inscription (1). The second 3/4 step of the pedestal framed by a shaft, closed by a semicircular profiled canopy. The space created in this way has a panel at the front with a bas-relief chalice with a host on a book tied with a stole. Below, a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners, in which is a relief inscription (2). On the slab covering the tomb six cylindrical pedestals connected by doubled metal bars.

2) Tu spoczywają zwłoki / Ś. P. / KSIĘDZA KAZIMIERZA / PACYNKI / Honor. Kanonika / proboszcza Koś. Św. Jana / Ur. 1834 zm. 1905. //.
