Burial site marked with cast iron cross on plinth, banded coffin lid and base. Cross with arms terminating in the carving of a stylised lotus arch, on a plinth. The face of the cross excavated. The plinth tapering upwards. On the band at the front an engraved inscription.

2) KOSTANCJA / WOLKOWICZ / ZM. 5 STYCZNIA / 1889 R. / LAL 18 //.
