Burial place originally marked by a cast iron cross on the stele and two bands in the form of a coffin lid. Stele with a polished front surface where the inscription is engraved and an untreated rear surface, closed with a semicircle.

Inscription:

Tu leżą zwłoki / S. P. / Konstantego / BUTOWTA / zm. 12. stycznia 1908 r. / wieku lat 79 / Boże zbaw jego duszę. //.
