Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross not preserved. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (3). The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered side and chamfered top edges. To the front (1) and rear (2), engraved inscription.

1. S. P. / Ksawera / z Dolińskich / PANKRATIEFF / Półkownikowa / żyła lat 72 / zm. 7 Grud. 1877 r. / - / Wieczny ci pokój / najdroższa matko / pozostała nieszczęśliwa Córka / prosi ze łzami o pozdrowienie Anielskie/ //.
2. S. P. / FRANCISKA / z / PANKRATJEWYCH / WIERCIŃSKA / zmarła w Wilnie / w dniu 13 Stycz. 1891 r. mając lat 59. / - . - / Prosi o westchnienie do Boga. - //.
3. Przechodniu będąc przy tym grobie / zmów Anioł pański zmówią i po tobie. //.

In Wacław Wejtka's file, under the letter P, card number 21, dated 1936. catacombs towards the road". At the description of the gravestone a note: 'with an iron cross , a fence of thick iron bars'. In Wejtka's file a reference to Teliński's publication, pages 165; 239; 238.

mosses, lichens, cracks, cavities, non-maintained finial
