Burial place marked by a cast iron cross on a plinth banded in the form of a coffin lid. Cross with arms terminating in caps, framed by openwork escutcheons, on plinth. Plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front band an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

[...] P. / [...]ŁAW / [...]EWICZ / [...] [KW]IET. 1921 R / [...] 67 / [...] i siostry //.

Time of construction:

1921-1924
