The burial place is marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is an obelisk on a two-stepped plinth and a two-stepped base. On the obelisk, in the upper part a relief carved cross on a moulded plinth. Below, on the front and back, an uplift with a carved full overhanging arch, on the sides irregular. On it is a relief depicting the head of Christ in profile with a crown of thorns. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the pedestal covered by a hipped dais, with an engraved inscription to the front. The second step of the base and the tombstone decorated with glazing. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of eight pedestals connected by a cast iron bar. The fence is shared with gravestone no. 31.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
