The burial site marked by an obelisk on a pedestal and three-tier base on a band with fencing. On the obelisk from the top a relief cross, below a medallion with an image of the left profile of Christ wearing a crown of thorns, then crossed olive branches. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, an inscription carved on the front. Base with chamfered upper edges. Fence consisting of six posts on band, traces of iron bars visible.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
