Tombstone of Maciej Piaciukonis

Burial site originally marked by a cross on plinth, in a concrete band in the form of a coffin lid. Cross on plinth with chamfered upper edges, lost, not preserved. Plinth broader at base, stepped tapering upwards, gabled end, engraved inscription to front.

S[.] + P. / MACIEJ / PIACIUKONIS / ZM. 7 LUT. 1920 / LAT 65. / --- / POKÓJ JEGO / DUSZY. //.
