Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped plinth. Cross on a profiled plinth. At the intersection of the arms there is a figure of Christ in relief, above a titulus. The second step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On three sides engraved frames with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners. On the front a panel of analogous shape with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU SPOCZYWA / MAGDALENA / KINDYBALUK / * 1845 + 1905 / PROSI O MODLITWĘ //.

Dokumentacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego
Archives de documentation Ministerstwo Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2005-2007 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem dr Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu buczackiego", pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017 roku. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem. Karty inwentaryzacyjne przechowywane są w Warszawie przez Archiwum Akt Nowych (zespół dokumentów Stowarzyszenia „Wspólnota Polska”) oraz Departament Dziedzictwa Kulturowego Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego.
