Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross stylised as a tree trunk on a two-stepped plinth and base. At the intersection of the arms a medallion with a relief carved head of Christ wearing a crown of thorns. Christ's face is shown in left profile, his right hand touches his forehead, a tear flows from his eye. Three relief oak leaves on the lower arm of the cross. The first step of the pedestal with moulded upper edges, an engraved inscription on the front. The gravestone lined with terracotta.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
