Burial place originally marked by a statue of St N.N.on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base, the back probably originally a slab.
Statue of Saint N.N. on originally probably on its own base. The saint wearing a long robe. In his left hand he holds a book in his right hand a pen. Both steps of the plinth in the shape of an octagon. The first step with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription. Second step of pedestal with engraved inscription to front. Enclosed by a simplified beam covered by a panel replicating its shape.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
