The burial site marked by a statue of Immaculata on a two-stage plinth and base. Mother of God on her own plinth with chamfered corners, depicted in a gesture of prayer with bare feet trampling a serpent encircling the globe, long undulating gown fastened with a belt, with trimming at the neck, cloak wrapped at the waist and slung over the left hand, veil, wavy shoulder-length hair. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step with plain frieze and covered by wider hipped panel, inscription carved on front.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
