Burial site marked by a statue of Archangel Michael on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Figure on its own base. Archangel depicted in contrapposto, wearing antique armour and mantle girded over right hip and left shoulder and sandals. Head slightly turned to the right, with sharp facial features and half-length hair falling freely down his back. Left hand lowered, an oval shield attached to the outer side, on which is a relief cross with a gloria at the intersection of the arms, surrounded by concave tongues of fire. The archangel stands on a recumbent figure of Satan. The steps of the base glazed, with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front a relief carved rectangular plaque with chamfered edges. The second step of the pedestal is high, profiled into a wider panel with relief relief panels on four sides connected by an overhanging segmental arch. On the front an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
