Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth. The lower arm is perpetuated and stands beside the gravestone. The upper part of the cross lies on the plinth. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges, inscription No. 2 on front. On second step of plinth, inscription engraved No. 1 on front.

Inscription:

1. DOM WIECZ / NY TU SPO / CZYWAJA. S. P. / FAMILIJA / SOLSKICH / MARYA ŻYŁA / LAT 60 //.
2. PIETRUNELA ŻY / ŁA LAT 20 //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
