The burial place marked by a cast-iron cross on an irregular stele. Openwork cross, with arms ending in buttons, on a plinth in the form of escutcheons. An engraved inscription on the front stele. The whole together with tombstones Nos. 37, 38 and 40 framed by a band.

In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter Po card no. 142, dated 1936. According to the file, the old location of the gravestone is sector "C2, 2nd row, N6, left towards the chapels in the direction to catacombs B". Next to the description of the gravestone is the annotation: 'iron bar fence'.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
