Burial site originally marked by a statue of St Mary of Egypt on a two-tier plinth and two-tier base. The effigy has been lost and lies beside it. The saint is portrayed frontally, in slight contrapposto, shown wearing a long gown tied at the waist, with a mantle falling along her shoulders to the ground. She holds three loaves of bread in her right hand and a lily flower in her left. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of pedestal high with plain frieze covered with gabled roof. On the front an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
