Headstone marked by a gravestone, at the head of which was originally probably a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front of the second step of the pedestal an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

[...]czywa / MARYA / ze STOCKICH / POPOWICZ / żyła lat 66 umarła / 1913 / PROSI O ANIOŁ PAŃSKI //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
