The burial site is marked by a statue of the Virgin Mary on her own base, plinth and two-stepped base. The Virgin Mary, shown frontally with bare feet, stands on a hemisphere in the form of a pile of stones, her hands folded in a prayer gesture. She is dressed in a long, ruffled gown tied with a ribbon and tied in a bow, her shoulders are covered by a draped cloak. The second step of the base with moulded upper edges. The pedestal is cuboidal, covered with a hipped roof decorated on all sides with triangular moulding, with a cornice below. On the front of the plinth, in a rhomboid frame with ears, an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
