The burial place is marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a felled tree trunk where an irregular plaque with an engraved inscription is affixed to the front. On the tree trunk to the front right an engraved signature. On the gravestone are four pedestals in the form of tree trunks connected by an iron chain.

In Waclaw Wejtka's card file, under the letter L, card number 104, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is the sector "On the right side of the cemetery chapel, under catacombs C, counting from the road in front of the chapel, N9".
