The burial site marked by an obelisk on a four-stage plinth and base. The whole gravestone framed by a concrete band. The obelisk is topped with a gabled roof, below which is a relief carved cross, below which is a relief carved plaque with ducks and palm leaves bound with a ribbon. The third step of the pedestal on the front has an engraved inscription (1). The fourth step covered by a panel with moulded upper and lower edges. On the front an engraved inscription (2) and on the two sides gabled projecting plaques.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
