Burial place marked by a stele and cross to its left, on a two-stage plinth, preceded by a double slab on the base. Stele and cross covered by a common slab-shaped canopy. On the stele at the front an engraved inscription (1), on the second step of the pedestal at the front an engraved inscription (2).

2. Wszystko przeminie łzy i cierpienie / lecz pozostanie wieczne wspomnienie. //.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
