Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and three-stage base in a concrete band. Straight cross on pedestal, at the intersection of the arms of the cross a relief carved figure of Christ, above a flag-shaped titulus, with an engraved (1). Second step of base with fluted sides. The third step of the base and the first step of the plinth with grosgrain sides and chamfered upper edges. The second step of the pedestal tapering upwards on four sides covered by semicircular canopies. On the left side of the pedestal there is a panel with a semicircular uplift, in it a relief of St. Stanislaus. The saint, wearing a bishop's chasuble, cloak and mitre, holds a crook in his left hand and blesses with his right. To the right of the pedestal, a similar panel with a relief of St Peter. The Saint is dressed in a long, folded robe, covered with a mantle, his right hand is on his chest, in his left hand he holds the keys and with it he holds the edges of the mantle. On the front of the pedestal, in the upper left corner, an oval panel for a photograph, next to it an engraved inscription (2).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
