Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base, preceded by a slab. Cross with arms terminating in a straight line, the lower arm extending downwards. In the lower part of the cross, there is a panel on the front closed with a full arch, in which there is a relief of St. Michael the Archangel fighting with a dragon. The Archangel, wearing a helmet and armour, with a spear in his right hand and a shield (with a relief of the coat of arms of Jelita?) in his left. Second step of pedestal moulded.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
