Burial place marked by a statue on a 2-stage plinth and 2-stage base. Figure of unidentified saint on 2-stage plinth. 1st step of plinth with chamfered top edges, with engraved inscription to front [1], right [2] and left [3]. 2nd step of the pedestal surmounted by a beam, on the front a niche with a relief carved figure of an unidentified saint with her right hand at the level of her heart. To the right a niche with a relief figure of Michael the Archangel. To the left a niche with a relief figure of St Nicholas.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
