Burial site originally marked by a statue of St Nicholas on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Figure leaning against gravestone, originally on its own base. Saint dressed in episcopal vestments with stole. The head is bowed. In his left hand he holds a book. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription, number 1. The second step of the pedestal covered with a hipped roof. On the front, a panel enclosed with a full arch, a relief carved figure of St Lawrence, in the garb of a clergyman. The saint is depicted as a young man , in half profile, holding a palm branch in his right hand and a lowered grate in his left. On the right wall engraved inscription number 2, on the left wall engraved inscription number 3.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
