Burial site originally marked by a cross on a plinth. The cross lies beside the gravestone. The arms of the cross flanked by a groove, ending in a trillium form decorated with a rosette, with symmetrical half-rails in the lower, wider part of the cross. At the intersection of the cross an engraved smaller cross. Engraved inscription on the cross. The plinth slightly tapering towards the top, with chamfered upper edges.

Inscription:

TU / spoczy / wają zwło / ki ś. p. / […] / […] //.

Time of construction:

1890-1900
